Why are generic ICF drawings not suitable?

You may already have the Building Regulation drawings based on cavity wall or timber frame. We can revise these to suit your preferred type of ICF at a very competitive cost.

The module sizes of the forms will then be taken into account in setting floor levels, window and door cill levels to minimise the amount of site cutting of the ICF forms, reduce the cost and speed up construction even more.

Drawings prepared for one type of ICF will not be suitable for an ICF of different course heights as far more site cutting of the forms will be required.
